Terms of Use
These Terms govern your access to and use of MILLIONS and the related services provided by Accounts Advantage Pty Ltd. By creating an account, signing in, uploading data, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our service
MILLIONS is a software platform that helps users organise timesheets, upload financial records, view summaries, and generate AI-assisted financial and operational insights.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must only use the service if you are legally able to enter into these Terms and are authorised to provide any information you upload or submit. If you use the service for a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse.
4. Data you upload
You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, quality, and completeness of all information you upload or enter into MILLIONS, including timesheets and financial documents. You must only upload information you are authorised to share and process.
5. AI-assisted outputs
MILLIONS may generate AI-assisted outputs, including summaries, trends, suggested questions, forecasts, and recommendations. Those outputs are provided for informational and business support purposes only.
MILLIONS does not provide legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, financial product advice, credit advice, or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for reviewing all outputs and obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate before acting on them.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- break any law or infringe another person’s rights
- upload malicious code, harmful content, or unauthorised data
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other users’ data
- interfere with the platform’s security, reliability, or operation
- use the service to create misleading, unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent outputs
7. Subscriptions and billing
Some features are available only under a paid subscription. Subscription fees, renewal timing, billing intervals, and plan entitlements are shown at the time of purchase.
Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically through our billing provider. You authorise the applicable charges for your selected plan until cancellation takes effect in accordance with the subscription terms and billing platform rules.
8. Cancellations and plan changes
You may manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal made available in the app, subject to the billing provider’s processes. Cancellation generally stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for charges already processed unless required by law or expressly offered by us.
9. Service availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or that the platform will always be free of defects, delays, interruptions, or security incidents.
10. Third-party providers
We may use third-party providers for hosting, storage, payments, email, authentication, analytics, and AI services. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party services except to the extent liability cannot be excluded by law.
11. Intellectual property
We own or control the intellectual property rights in the MILLIONS platform, excluding content you provide. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to access and use the service for your internal business purposes.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there has been a breach of these Terms, a security risk, unlawful conduct, non-payment, or other misuse of the service. We may also discontinue or change features from time to time.
13. Liability and disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an `as is` and `as available` basis. We exclude all warranties, representations, and guarantees not required by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages, or for decisions made in reliance on AI-assisted outputs.
Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and, where lawful, to resupplying the service or the cost of resupply.
14. Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Notice, which explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal information.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms apply from the date they are published on our website or in the app. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
